During the first three years following the adherence to the Program, the Evaluation Committee will follow up the committed and approved Project, when documentation and information will be required to the Company. Besides that, a physical visit to the Company facilities will take place once annually. When the 3-year assessment process has been completed, a report will be issued including the validation of the Company award in the corresponding category (gold, silver or bronze) and will be granted at the Gala held at the European Parliament in Brussels.
